The Follow-up cards can be purchased on an individual month-by-month basis as required. The most economical way to purchase this product though is through our 6 or 12-month package deals.
 
Match Your Potential Buyers with Your Current Properties Listed
This is how it works….
Follow-up Cards are best used as a follow-up to open house inspections, though you can be as creative as you like. You are given a dedicated Buyer’s Register sheet, which provides a professional means to record the details
of everyone who attends the open. The Buyer’s Register also enables you to quickly record a mini profile of the property your potential buyer is after. This helps you first of all to qualify your buyers. The next benefit is it provides a means for you to look great, and very professional, by trying to fulfil their real estate needs and requirements. People want to know you are sincerely listening to their needs over getting that next big sale. Within the week following the open, you then send out the Follow-up Card. You write their name and open inspection property they looked at on the back. From the information recorded on the Buyer’s Registration sheet, you then match your properties with their real estate profile. This is achieved by ticking either a “High” or
